Customers love honesty. In times when you are unable to meet up with their expectations, communicate this with them immediately. Offer them options of possible solutions. This makes them feel empowered and in control of the situation. You will find that your relationship with customers will be greatly strengthened.

Understanding and serving customers efficiently takes time to master. Remember that with excellent customer service oiled with a great product or service, you are well on your way to brewing a tribe of loyal customers who love you enough to tell others about you.
