When you receive your Dukka terminal, it will come pre-configured for your use. You will also find in your Dukka box a step-by-step manual on how to set up your terminal. If you are still stuck, you can also request for a Dukka helper to come help you out at your place of business.
Handle it with care. But on rare occasions when it breaks, we will fix it for you.
Unfortunately this is not allowed. We provide our terminals strictly for shops to accept card payments from customers.
We are not structured this way but if anything changes in the future, we will be sure to let you know. You can also check back at a later time to see if our position changes
There is no upfront cost. We only charge a monthly management fee on the terminals up to N3,500 per unit.
There are no hidden charges. The only other charge is the transaction fee you pay every time you accept card payment from a customer

Yes, you are entitled to a Dukka terminal after we validate the information we have of you.
We do not handle withdrawals nor do we encourage agency banking services. Dukka terminals are strictly for shop owners to accept card payments from customers.
All local debit cards - Verve, Mastercard, and Visa cards are widely accepted.
