Dukka is hiring a product marketing specialist to drive acquisition and retention of users . You will own our user journey from acquisition, to engagement, retention and referrals. We are looking for a product marketing specialist with an analytical mindset, that will run product experiments based on data, user journey, and market analysis.

You will be responsible for Dukka’s paid User Acquisition campaigns from start to finish, actively testing & analyzing concepts, with the goal of driving down CPA while maintaining the quality of the users acquired.

You will also be in charge of finding and implementing growth tactics, acquisition channels and opportunities with a data-driven mindset.

The Product Marketing Specialist will develop hypotheses, generate bold ideas and implement them.

Your Profile

  1. You have excellent experience in marketing, user acquisition, or growth for an app.
  2. You have a track record with paid marketing campaign management.
  3. You have a growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
  4. You are highly analytical and fluent in deriving insights from data.
  5. You are a team player and have exceptional communication skills.
  6. You have a track record with paid and unpaid marketing campaign management.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields.
  2. At least 4 -5 years of work experience executing performance based marketing campaigns.
  3. Must have practical knowledge of product marketing metrics to drive business growth.
  4. General knowledge of on page- SEO, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Appsflyer etc.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  6. Self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  7. Fluent in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and tools (Slack, JIRA, Google Suite) to drive productivity, and analyze conversion rates.
  8. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in driving acquisition & revenue.
  9. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  10. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  11. Experience in Technological products
  12. Experience in Fintech/Startups
